酒店環境優美，位置十分便利， 離機場和莫高窟都很近。但酒店最令人印象深刻的是服務，餐廳和酒吧的工作人員都非常友好熱情，各處遇到的服務人員也都彬彬有禮。特別是專屬管家阿婕，非常熱情周到細心專業，very helpful。讓客人有賓至如歸的感受。如果再來敦煌，肯定是首選的酒店。

酒店環境，酒店硬件設施，酒店服務都非常的棒，酒店是野奢風那種設計感，和黃河宿集有一些的相似，但是服務硬件設施等都更好，下次有機會還會再去

回西安經過敦煌住一晚上，酷酷的酒店，卻藏着貼心和細心，明明是黃沙滿天的地方，房間衞生還特別到位，無論是環境還是服務都無可挑剔，特別是管家凡凡，我們離店前還準備了水帶上車。酒店真美，被狠狠圈粉

衞生急待加強，毛巾上有毛髮，還是小毛巾，這價位的酒店不能接受。浴缸也不乾淨，不敢讓小朋友使用。馬桶間和淋浴間都是浴簾，根本拉不嚴，很不方便。小酒吧説是暢飲，衹有可樂，蘇打水，巴黎水，椰子水，杏皮水，牛奶，沒有小食沒什麼東西。礦泉水放在櫃子裏，不理解是為什麼，是不想讓喝？房間裏有蒼蠅飛來飛去，送的水果也不敢吃。早餐種類算豐富的，可是口味都非常一般，也挺無語的。服務人員熱情主動，這點可以好評，可是服務忘這忘那，耽誤了不少時間。酒店院子裏雖然有人工佈景，但是都不讓進入。

酒店的設計感絕了，有自己的沙漠，一步一景，每一處都可以拍很久，特別是早餐廳可以直接眺望鳴沙山，野奢人最愛。服務也很親切，每天有新鮮摘的水果和蔬菜，都是酒店自己種的，絕對是敦煌酒店的天花板。
